One console. Cameras, access control, sensors, alarms — all of it.

Rhombus delivers an enterprise physical security platform that combines smart security cameras, IoT sensors, access control, and alarm monitoring in a single cloud console. No technical experience required. Manage unlimited devices and locations from anywhere, on any device.

AI Security Cameras
Smart cameras with on-device AI analytics — people detection, facial recognition, license plate recognition, motion heat maps, and behavioral analysis. Proactive real-time alerts via mobile app, text, or email. Find footage in minutes based on faces, behavior, and more. No NVR or DVR — ever.
Access Control
Cloud-managed door access unified with cameras in one console. Mobile credentials, time-based access, remote unlock from any device. Badge-face mismatch detection flags when the wrong person uses a credential — automatically, in real time. First-In Rules prevent doors unlocking before authorized staff are on site.
IoT Sensors
Audio, environmental, motion, entry, and multipurpose panic sensors — all managed in the same console as your cameras. Temperature, air quality, humidity, and occupancy monitoring. Sensors feed data into the same platform as your video — one complete picture of every space.
Alarm Monitoring
TMA 5-Diamond certified live agent verification and dispatch — the highest certification in the monitoring industry. Integrated with your cameras so agents verify incidents visually before dispatching. Automated deterrence workflows trigger based on AI threat detection.
Rhombus Console
A single platform for cameras, access control, and sensors with remote access via desktop or mobile app. Granular access and permissions, secure raw streams, end-to-end encryption, and Zero Trust architecture. Manage multiple locations from one screen without impacting performance.
Open API & Integrations
50+ integrations with third-party business systems — and an open API that lets you connect to anything else. Unlike legacy systems, Rhombus is designed from the ground up as an open platform. No vendor lock-in. No closed ecosystem. Integrates in minutes.

Two major access control partners. Works with what you have — or deploys standalone.

Honeywell · LenelS2 — Announced March 26, 2026
Global Strategic Partnership
Honeywell and Rhombus deliver integrated access control and video management in a single cloud solution. LenelS2 Elements cloud-native access control integrates bi-directionally with Rhombus cameras and sensors. Honeywell distributes Rhombus through its global channel partner and system integrator network. Both Honeywell and Rhombus customers gain access to the best of both platforms in one place — without being locked into a closed ecosystem.

Inner Range Inception — Two-Way Integration
Enterprise Access Control
Inner Range is a leading enterprise access control platform known for flexibility and scalability. The Rhombus–Inner Range Inception integration is two-way: badge authorized/unauthorized events, door open, and door forced events sync from Inner Range into the Rhombus platform in real time. On the Rhombus side, badge-face mismatch alerts and synchronized camera footage link directly to access events — visual verification in seconds. Full remote door management from the Rhombus console.

Also: Altronix Hardware Integration

Altronix access control hardware supports up to 12 doors per enclosure when configured with Rhombus. Use Altronix's Trove Design Tool to configure your system. Rhombus also offers its own native access control as a standalone solution for properties that don't have an existing system.

Rhombus Recon — Security that moves.

Every property has blind spots. Rhombus Recon is the software platform that brings autonomous robots into the Rhombus ecosystem alongside fixed cameras and sensors — creating the first solution to combine fixed and mobile sensors in a single platform.

How Recon Works
Recon is a software layer — not a robot manufacturer. It works with hardware from Boston Dynamics, Unitree, and other robotics manufacturers. When a Rhombus camera detects an anomaly, Recon can autonomously dispatch a robot to investigate, stream live video back through the Rhombus console, and trigger automated deterrents or alarm escalation workflows. Mobile situational awareness, AI-powered threat detection, fleet management across multiple robots, and integrated response — all from the same console as your cameras.
Timeline & Your Investment
Recon is in R&D — Rhombus is honest about this. Demoed at ISC West in March 2026. Approximately one year from commercial availability. The important point for a hotel operator: the Rhombus cameras and access control you install today are the fixed infrastructure that Recon will patrol alongside in 2027. Your investment is forward-compatible. No rip and replace.

The advisor who places Rhombus has run the compliance SOP from the other side.

I spent nine years running a cannabis enterprise under Colorado's mandatory compliance requirements — three license types, mandatory camera coverage zones, 90-day footage retention, and state audit documentation that had to be perfect. I designed those SOPs myself. That's a more demanding security standard than most luxury hotels operate under. It's also why I evaluate physical security the way I do — and why Rhombus is the standard I'd have wanted when I was the one being audited.

Multi-Building Campus
A ski resort spanning multiple lodges, a golf resort with clubhouse and outbuildings, a private club campus — Rhombus manages every building from one dashboard. No separate systems. No separate logins. No IT coordinator on site required.
Incident Investigation
When a guest makes a claim or a liability event occurs — pull synchronized camera footage and access logs from one dashboard. Timestamps match. Evidence is audit-ready. No calling three vendors to piece together what happened.
Mountain Property Resilience
Aspen and Vail properties face connectivity drops during peak season. Rhombus hybrid local/cloud storage means cameras keep recording even when the network goes down. No lost footage. No gaps in the audit trail.
